Director
Lauren joined TW Barber Ltd in 2013 to head up our management and operations team. She also focuses on aspects of construction law and commercial contracts.

Robert Mckie
Head of Contracts Management Team
Rob has been working within the insurance industry since 2000.
He is a highly experienced surveyor, specialising in dampness in buildings, water-proofing and timber decay.
He is BDMA, CSRT and CSSW qualified.

Jason Bennett
Senior Contracts Manager
Jason has over 20 years experience constructing new builds in London and Kent and brings a wide breadth of site experience and knowledge to our team.
He started working for TW Barber Ltd as a finishing foreman and has progressed to the position of contracts manager.

Barry Clarke
Senior Contracts Manager
Barry has a background in Civil Engineering and has worked predominantly within the insurance repair industry over the course of the last 30 years. Barry is very experienced and has a good understanding of damage diagnosis and causation, claims handling and various repair techniques

Glen McPhee
Contracts Manager
Glen had recently joined TW Barber. Glen has 8 years experience as a Contracts Manager and 14 years working in construction.

James Menzo
Quantity Surveyor
James is a Quantity Surveyor by qualification and has been working in the construction industry for over 17 years.

Claire-Louise Bohle
Personal Assistant to Directors
Claire joined TW Barber in 2021. She is an experienced PA with a strong Insurance background.

Pam Kaur
Head of Administration Team
Pam has previously worked for a local authority and national contractor assisting with repairs and maintenance works to residential housing stock.
She joined us in 2016 as an experienced project assistant and provides support to our contracts managers and accounts team.

Claire Byrne
Project Administrator
Claire started working with TW Barber in January 2017, bringing a wealth of experience in supporting our Contracts Managers.
She has worked in the insurance related building industry since 2000 and has a strong background in administrative and project support.

Phillipa Tsapparelli
Project Administrator
Phillipa joined T W Barber in January 2021, after working for a leading loss adjuster for the last 25 years, gaining a wealth of experience within the insurance sector.
For the latter part, working in the Contractor Network division, which has provided me with good experience for my current role, liaising with both customers and clients to provide a good customer experience.
