“Not only is the house once more safe and secure but from the outside there is no sign that anything untoward had happened earlier this year. This is in no small part down to your assistance in finding the right tradesmen to do the work and, no small feat, finding new bricks to blend in with the existing handmade bricks of the house, and of course mixing up the exact matching colour of mortar and repointing all the existing brickwork to ensure a perfect match. As we are located in the centre of Haslemere, in the conservation area, this was vital – in fact I think the whole town was watching the repair take place and anything less than perfect would have been the talk of Haslemere!
